Resilience in Agriculture
What are the key challenges posed to strengthen resilience in agriculture? – this was one of the main questions addressed during the Brussels Development Briefing 'Agricultural Resilience in the Face of Crisis and Shocks', which was organised by CTA in collaboration with the ACP Secretariat, the EC/DEVCO, Concord and IFPR in Brussels.
On Monday 4th March, Sir Gordon Conway spoke at this meeting drawing on the findings from his new book 'One Billion Hungry: Can We Feed the World' and the 2012 Montpellier Panel Report 'Growth with Resilience: Opportunities in African Agriculture.
