Gordon Conway gives the keynote speech at the 10th annual International Rural Development seminar at the Royal Agricultural College.
On Wednesday 6th March, Gordon Conway spoke about how to feed the world sustainably with the challenge of climate change, which drew on the findings of his new book 'One Billion Hungry: Can We Feed the World' at the 10th annual International Rural Development (IRD) Seminar at the Royal Agricultural College in Cirencester.
The IRD Seminar is an annual event organised by postgraduate students on International Rural Development (IRD) and Sustainable Agriculture and Food Security (SAFS) programmes. The aim of this seminar is to promote information exchange amongst participants on sustainable development issues. This year’s seminar is being held under the theme: Sustainable Agriculture & Food Security: Global and National Perspectives.
