ASK the Library if you need help with e-resources
On Tuesday 7 May there was an upgrade to the UK Federation / Shibboleth system used to access some electronic resources.
This upgrade partcularly affected access to Digimap and Mintel but problems have now been fixed.
Many publishers automatically updated their systems to reflect the change however we need to contact others individually, which may take a little longer. Priority is being given to resources which cannot be accessed by any other means than UK Federation / Shibboleth.
If you have difficulty accessing a resource while the changes take place please use the link given in Library Search. If problems persist please ASK the Library for help.
