Congratulations to Dr Martin Heeney, Reader in Materials Chemistry who has been awarded the 2013 Corday-Morgan prize.
Dr Martin Heeney has been awarded the 2013 Corday-Morgan prize for ‘pioneering research into organic materials synthesis’. The Corday-Morgan Prize is awarded to researchers aged 40 or younger at the time of their nomination for 'the most meritorious contributions to chemistry'. The Corday-Morgan Prize was established in 1949 after the death of Sir Gilbert Morgan in 1940. The first recipient was Sir Derek Barton.
