This summer it's all change at the Library. Library Search will become your one-stop-shop for searching and borrowing services will be simplified.
Disruption will be kept to a minimum but some services will be suspended in July and August:
- Borrowing
You’ll be able to borrow books as normal, but self-service machines will be unavailable in late July. - Managing your library account
Access to your library account will be unavailable in late July but we will continue to update your records for you. - Reserving
The option to reserve items will be suspended from 1 July until the beginning of August. Outstanding reservations will not be carried over so please make a note of any items you still require and you will be able to add them again in August. if you are having difficulty finding an item over the summer please contact your librarian. - Library Search e-shelf
Items saved in your e-shelf will be lost when we move to an improved Library Search. To keep a record of your e-shelf items download the list by the end of June.
Throughout the summer library staff will be available to help you. If you have any problems accessing material or finding what you need please contact any of our service points or get in touch with your librarian.
