Refurbishment for 58 Prince's Gate
Stunning townhouse venue, 58 Prince's Gate, underwent extensive refurbishment this summer.... take a look at the transformation.
Just as our grade II listed 170 Queen’s Gate townhouse venue is home to the President & Rector of the College, 58 Prince’s Gate has undergone some extensive refurbishment and opens its doors to new residents, the newly appointed College Provost, Professor James Stirling.
Overlooking the leafy Prince’s Gardens, London’s only privately owned public square, the property is exquisitely original and provides a beautiful home as well as an incredible venue for a range of events.
The ground floor and first floor serve as just that with six beautifully restored rooms suitable for meetings, dinners, parties, receptions and even barbeques when used with the garden terrace. The venues have seen a £70k investment as part of the full property renovations and now boast luxurious new carpets, Harry Potter’s Hogwarts-style ‘hidden bathrooms’, the installation of new ambient soft lighting and a few more cosmetic improvements.
Part of the Freake Estate, designed by Charles James Freake in the 19th century, 58 Prince’s Gate is a private and exclusive venue offering impeccable service. Located in the heart of South Kensington, this impressive facility boasts many Edwardian features and offers a stylish and unique setting for any event.
