Ag4Impact attended this year's European Development Days in Brussels - a platform for dialogue and exchange on international development issues.
Agriculture for Impact attended this year's European Development Days(EDDs) in Brussels on 26 and 27 November.
Organised by the European Commission the EDDs are Europe's foremost platform for dialogue and exchange on international development issues. Around 5000 participants came together at Brussels' "Tour & Taxis" to attend a variety of meetings, workshops and high level panels to exchange views.
This year's EDDs were centered around the post-2015 agenda and entitled "A decent life for all: Building a consensus for a new development agenda".
Amongst many other high level speakers, Jose Manuel Barroso (President of the European Commission), Andris Piebalgs (EU Commissioner for Development), Ellen Johnson Sirleaf (President of Liberia) and Mahamadou Issoufou (President of Niger) were part of the plenaries.
