Details of when ICT Service Desk and Software Shop will be closed over the Christmas break 2013
The ICT Service Desk will close at 16.00 on Friday 20 December 2013 and will re-open at 08.30 on Thursday 2 January 2014. During this time, any College critical issue may be reported to our Out of Hours helpdesk via the normal contact methods (tel: 020 759 49000, web: //www3.imperial.ac.uk/ict/servicedesk). Please note the Out of Hours helpdesk is provided by an external provider who will manage the issue accordingly.
Please note also that the ICT Software Shop will close for system maintenance at 13.00 on 20 December 2013 and will re-open at 09.30 on 2 January 2014.
