Major blue chip employers from Pakistan will be exhibiting at Brunel University and looking for bright new talent in a variety of sectors.

Working in Pakistan: Careers and Recruitment Fair

On Monday, 24 February 2014, the Brunel University Placement & Careers Service and Brunel International will be hosting a Working in Pakistan: Careers and Recruitment Fair, in conjunction with the British Council, Pakistan.

There will be a number of major blue chip employers, such as Allied Bank Limited (ABL), Netsol and SHELL, exhibiting and hoping to recruit students wishing to go to Pakistan to work after graduation.

  • Location: The Michael Sterling Atrium, Michael Sterling Building, Brunel University, Uxbridge
  • Date: Monday, 24 February 2014
  • Time: 13.00 - 15.00. Interviews with selected candidates (chosen at the fair) will follow from 15.00 - 16.00.

Social Enterprise in Pakistan Seminar

During the day, students will also have the opportunity to attend a free seminar - "Creating your own enterprise and turning it into a multi-national in Pakistan: Potential of entrepreneurship and Social Entrepreneurship in Pakistan”. This will be a unique opportunity to meet and hear from a UK-based Pakistani social entrepreneur in the UK, Faraz Khan of SEED Ventures. The seminar will take place in the Council Chambers, Wilfred Brown Building from 3.00pm till 4.00pm.
