On Sunday 16 February ProQuest will make improvements to its systems to accommodate a growing number of users and reduce the need for future downtime.

An eight hour maintenance window is needed to perform these enhancements, lasting from 03.00 to 11.00.

During this time period ProQuest and RefWorks users can expect sporadic availability, including short periods of complete downtime. It is anticipated that access issues and possible functionality problems will last anywhere from 3 to 15 minutes. If you experience issues with ProQuest or RefWorks during this maintenance window you are advised to close your browser session, and return to it at a later time.
