Business schools could play a role in boosting women into boardrooms
Business schools could help to boost more women into senior and board positions, according to one of the Business School's leading lights.
Diane Morgan, the newly appointed Associate Dean of Programmes, believes that business schools could do more to assist women develop their leadership skills.This could improve their chances of progressing onto senior positions during their career.
Ahead of International Women’s Day, Maxine Myers caught up with Diane Morgan to find out more about the ways in which business schools can support women in their careers.
