Find out about the career opportunities available to you across a range of sectors through face-to-face contact with companies employing PhD students.

The 2016 PhD Careers Fair will be held in the Queen’s Tower Rooms from 17.00 - 19.30 on Thursday 12 May. The event is specifically aimed at Imperial PhD students, providing the opportunity to network with employers and find out more about possible careers paths once you graduate.

You won't need to register in advance of the event - just bring your Imperial Student ID card with you to gain access to the fair.

A full list of the employers exhibiting at the event, you can view the PhD Careers Fair brochure online.

Before the fair, why not do some research on the employers attending and sectors that interest you? This will allow you to focus on specific employers to get the information you want and make a good impression to those prospective employers you speak to. The Careers Service website can help you with this, providing information and resources including destinations statistics on previous Imperial PhD students along with a video/audio recording of our Research Careers Forum on Tuesday 10 May to help you generate some ideas.
