The journey starts here... A competition that offers the chance to spend time in Mumbai whilst making a difference to people's lives...
An Indian Summer with RBS isn’t just an opportunity to build vital skills; it’s a journey of discovery.
Made up of a series of challenges, the Indian Summer allows teams of students from all over the UK to show a global graduate employer what they're made of and learn a lot about themselves in the process.
The competition
There are six steps to spending An Indian Summer in Mumbai. They are:
- Registering interest here or attending one of our campus events
- Making a personal impression at the 'hottest' spot in town
- Taking part in An Indian Summer Bootcamp. This will equip you with all the tools and knowledge you'll need to succeed at the next stage
- Taking on a team challenge working with The Prince’s Trust and RBS mentors to develop strategies to raise funds and make a positive impact on society – and then going out and putting them to the test
- Presenting your approach to The Prince’s Trust, RBS, external business leaders and being grilled by a panel of senior managers – just like in The Apprentice
- Finally, the winning team travel to Mumbai for three weeks to work with one of our community projects and spend time in our Mumbai offices
