Rui Hu of the Energy Strategy Fellowship presented his work on innovation indicators at the 2nd Energy Innovation Systems PhD Summer School. The overall theme of the summer school was 'Complementary developments, competence clusters and the establishment of new energy technologies'. Rui's presentation examined 'China’s Wind Energy Innovation System: Drivers, Barriers and Policy Implications'.
