CMS/Upgrades - Changes in CMS banner titles

A new way of entering CMS banner titles.

Currently the banner text in CMS sites is part of a graphic; the main disadvantage of this is that the banner title is not picked up by Search Engines. To rectify this we are implementing a change to enter all banner titles as text. The wording of banner titles will not be changed in any way and Site Developers are not required to do anything to facilitate this change, the Web Team will drop the new banner text into each site.
