What can I use the Careers Service for?
You can book to attend careers consultations, workshops, employer presentations and careers events, browse vacancies on JobsLive, and use the Careers Service Information Room , just as you did as a student. You will also be able to access password-protected areas of the Careers Service website including our occupational information section and downloadable handouts.
Do I need to register?
Yes. All alumni using the Careers Service need to register separately for JobsLive and browsing the secure areas of the Careers Service website.
Step 1: Register to use the Careers Website
You can do this by filling in an online form and emailing it to us. We will then respond to you within 3 working days to provide you a username and password to access all areas of the Careers website.
Step 2: Register with JobsLive
After you have access to the main Careers Service website, head to JobsLive and register via the link under the heading 'Staff/Alumni/RCA Login & Registration'.
Remember to input your details on the registration page. You will then receive a JobsLive password via email. Please note that registration for JobLive for Imperial alumni is for one year only - after which time you will be prompted for re-registration.
Other alumni benefits
As an alumnus, there are a whole host of services you can have access to. To find out more, visit the Alumni Office website. If you have need to find out information about graduation or are looking to book your ceremony, you can also view the Graduation pages.
