Nov 2013 - Gunnar Bachem Joins the Group as an MRes Student
Gunnar was a Bachelors student in Chemistry at Heidelberg, Germany before joining the group as a student on the MRes in Drug Discovery and Development
Gunnar obtained a Chemistry Bachelor degree at Heidelberg (including a 10 month Erasmus-funded research placement in the group of Dr Fabien Gagosz at Ecole Polytecnique, Paris). He started an MRes in Drug Discovery and Development here at Imperial College in Nov 2013. Gunnar is working in the Spivey group for his research project looking into the modification of some short linear peptides with activity as antagonists of the IgE-FcÉRI protein-protein interaction (PPI).
