CIPM Co-Director is awarded a partnership grant relating to Health Protection Research.

Professor Alison Holmes, CIPM Co-Director, will direct a new Health Protection Research Unit in Healthcare Associated Infection (HCAI) and Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR).  The Unit, one of 13 partnership grants across a number of priority areas from the Impact of Environmental Hazards to Respiratory Infections, was one of 4 awarded to Imperial.  The HCAI and AMR partnership consists of Imperial College London, Wellcome Sanger Institute, NWL Academic Health Science Network, and Cambridge Veterinary School.  See here for Imperial and PHE press releases.
