Careers Consultant on Call!

Do you have a quick careers query? Need a swift answer? Careers Consultants on Call – the new initiative from the Careers Service could be for you!

This Autumn Term in the Careers Service, one of our Careers Consultants will be available for five minute drop-in appointments on a first-come-first-served basis. So, if you have a quick query about an application, CV, or other careers-related question, pop along to Level 5 Sherfield at one of the following times:

• Mondays from 16.00 to 16.55
• Tuesdays from 16.00 to 16.55
• Thursdays from 16.00 to 16.55

In addition to 'Careers Consultants on Call', if you're stuck with a CV, want to brush up on your interview skills, or are deliberating over your career decisions, don't forget that we have a wide range of resources online on the Careers Service website, including:

• Quick Guides on networking, career decision making, CVs and more!
• Over 25 different Careers Service handouts
• Links to practice psychometric tests
• And plenty of further resources to explore!

Please note: our ‘on call’ drop-ins are suitable for short queries. To review a CV or cover letter in detail, or if you have a number of questions likely to take longer than five minutes, you should book one of our daily 20-minute Careers Consultations - of which there are over 40 per day during the Autumn Term!
