The CIPM PPE event on 28th May is to become a paper

Alison Holmes, Raheelah Ahmad and colleagues ran a public/patient engagement event on the 28th May that saw over 40 patients and their carers attend a half day workshop on 'Working together to improve patient safety'. 

The event was opened by Dr Rekha Elaswarapu, Senior Policy and Research Manager at the Patients Association, and included current patient reps as facilitators and observers. 

The event was a great success and feedback was very positive.  The findings are being written up for publication.
