Simon Thomas, Principal Ecologist at Tim Moya Associates, has led a varied and active life in the field of ecology and environmental services. Having a background in Biology and graduating from Imperial’s MSc Ecology, Conservation and Evolution programme Simon is involved in a variety of diverse projects including; Phase One Habitat Surveys; Protected species surveys and Protected species mitigation and translocations. Simon is happy to give insights in to the challenges faced by professional and discuss the wider skills required in addition to sharing tips for CVs and ways to develop experience in the field.
