Iain Mcculloch was recently awarded the RSC Tilden Prize for Advances in Chemistry. It is awarded annually in recognition of the originality, quality, impact and collborative nature of his research. The Tilden prize was founded in 1939 and commemorates Sir William Augustus Tilden who was a British chemist and pioneer in the teaching of science.
