USAIRE Student Award 2015

by Barnaby Mollett

In 2006, USAIRE launched an annual award to give students an opportunity to get closer to the stakeholders of aerospace industry.

The USAIRE association has had close ties with the Aerospace community in France since 1959. This is their 10th year of running the award, where students (either solo or in a pair) are asked to submit an initial one-page document covering a chosen topic relating to the aerospace sector. Those successfully selected will then be notified and will have to expand their work to a maximum of 10 pages, which will then be judged by industry professionals, culminating in an awards ceremony in Paris, France this November.

For 2015, the chosen topic is: “2030, the environmental issue in the business model of civil and defence aerospace industry”
