The standings of The Guradian's 2016 league table for Earth and Marine Sciences in the UK are a testimony to the Department of Earth Science and Engineering (ESE) as a whole. Having topped the table with a score of 100/100, it is clear that student satisfcation within ESE is yet again raising the bar for the Earth Sciences. This achievement is something the department is greatly proud of and is just rewards for the sterling efforts that all members of ESE put in on a day to day basis. Well done all!
