Prof Davies from the Medical Engineering Group has been given the ISTA Lifetime Achievement Award
Professor Brian Davies from the Medical Engineering Group has been given the International Society for Technology in Arthroplasty (ISTA) Lifetime Achievement Award for “pioneering work in the field of surgical robotics” to be presented at ISTA in October in Vienna.
ISTA has gained worldwide recognition for the high quality scientific research presented at its Annual Congress. It is a unique organisation that brings together practicing orthopaedic surgeons, researchers, industry representatives and students in an effort to share information and promote new advances in arthroplasty.
