Althea-Imperial Programme 2015/16: Get Inspired

by Olivia Sleet

Women of Imperial, listen up! If you've got an idea, an enterprising mind and want the chance to make a difference, Althea-Imperial is for you.

The Althea-Imperial Programme and prize have been designed to develop female Imperial leaders who want to make a difference through an idea or project. The programme will provide tailored support focussed on developing your skills and potential whilst guiding you to develop your innovative project idea. It consists of a series of workshops designed to help you develop your enterprising idea; the programme will include high-profile speakers and tailored one-to-one mentoring.

All participants can then opt to submit their ideas to the Althea-Imperial Prize. Both the programme and its associated prize have been designed to encourage female students, through a series of exclusive development and mentoring opportunities. As an individual or by leading a team, you can see your innovative project through to fruition.

The top prize is £10,000 and there are a series of runners up prizes too.

Sound interesting? Come along to the Althea-Imperial Launch Event on 14 October 2015, where you can learn more about the programme and meet last year's finalists. For more information on the launch, and details of how to register, please visit the events page.

Check out last year's activities and interact ahead of this year's event via the hashtag #altheaimperial.
