Dr Daniele Dini (Mentor, Cohort 3) wins Teaching Excellence Award

Dr Daniele Dini of the Department of Mechanical Engineering and mentor for Cohort 3 of the TSM-CDT has received an Award for Teaching Excellence in Engineering Education. In the words of the citation, the award is in recognition of "his inspiring and thought provoking lectures that make hard concepts easier to understand; for his exceptional amount of support with many  practical examples that made the leading process more enjoyable and relevant; and for his willingness to help students during and outside office hours, which is much appreciated by the student body of the mechanical engineering department.”
