Everything you never knew you could do with a science degree!
The upcoming New Scientist Live Careers Event is set to be an evening packed with advice and information for students and graduates alike.
From class to career: what's next for you?
Hosted by New Scientist Editor-at-Large, Jeremy Webb, this is your opportunity to hear from inspirational speakers with a science degree, find out the challenges they faced, the decisions they had to make whilst studying and how they've excelled in their career since leaving University.
Alongside this, Tanya de Grunwald, founder of careers website Graduate Fog, will provide all the helpful tips you’ll need when searching and applying for jobs.
It can be scary making the leap into the world of work after studying for a first degree, masters or PhD. The options available appear to be endless – do you choose industry, academia or the many areas outside of science?
Each attendee will receive a free New Scientist magazine, careers guide plus a New Scientist bookazine worth £6.99!
