2015 Highly Cited Researchers from Thomson Reuters (Announced January 2016)
Congratulations to Prof Donal Bradley (Engineering Science and Physics, Oxford University), Prof James Durrant (Chemistry, Imperial College), Prof Martin Heeney (Chemistry, Imperial College), Prof Iain McCulloch (Chemistry, Imperial College), and Prof Jenny Nelson (Physics, Imperial College) on making the 2015 Thomson Reuters list of Highly Cited Researchers!
Highly Cited Researchers from Thomson Reuters is an annual list recognising leading researchers in the sciences and social sciences from around the world. The 2015 list focuses on contemporary research achievement: only Highly Cited Papers in science and social sciences journals indexed in the Web of Science Core Collection during the 11-year period 2003-2013 were surveyed. Highly Cited Papers are defined as those that rank in the top 1% by citations for field and publication year in the Web of Science.
Prof Bradley commented, “It’s great to have five of the core CPE members recognised in this way. It clearly demonstrates that over the past decade the CPE environment and infrastructure have been most conducive to the delivery of notable research outputs. It is also a fitting recognition of the calibre of our students and postdoctoral researchers.”
