The Graduate Career Pathway Programme, offers under-represented students and graduates advice, guidance and access to opportunities in the workplace.
The Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust is running a Graduate Career Pathway Programme, offering university students and graduates the chance to take part in employment and enterprise events and gain increased access to job opportunities in their chosen profession.
The Trust particularly encourages young men from BME (black and minority ethnic) backgrounds to get involved in the programme due to being under-represented in graduate level recruitment. Their employment and enterprise programmes offers:
- 1:1 job search and support
- A range of employability training
- Industry Seminars
- Mentoring
- Work Experience
You can find out more about the scheme and how to apply on The Trust’s website.
The Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust’s work helps to support young people to transform their lives, overcoming disadvantage and discrimination and into ambitious careers as professionals.
