Dr Yin Shi has been awarded a 2 year Royal Society Newton International Fellowship.
Dr Yin Shi started his 2 year Royal Society Newton International Fellowship, sponsored by Dr Robert Kingham, on 1st April. His project is entitled "Laser-plasma interaction with a new twist: Exploring Orbital Angular Momentum effects". Yin graduated from Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (SIOM, CAS).
