From August to October 2016, SEO will be offering the following opportunities across Investment Banking (includes Hedge Funds/Asset Management/Private Equity), Corporate Law, Consulting, Engineering, Technology, Creatives and Leading Corporates (now including Civil Service) programmes:

SEO Master Class Series

 Starting in August, SEO will give you the chance to experience the different industries they work with through exclusive insight and networking events with their partner firms. Attend multiple events to help determine where you fit best. You will meet senior professionals and recruiters from the world’s leading Investment Banks, Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Law Firms, Strategy Consulting Firms, Technology Firms, Engineering Firms, Corporates, Advertising Agencies and the Civil Service. Those that impress can also benefit from being among the first to be interviewed by the firms for 2016/17 opportunities.

SEO Academy

SEO will provide comprehensive training during the summer to help you pass firms’ assessments. Meet an extensive network of professionals and alumni who provide training that covers commercial awareness, personal impact, CV guidance and application advice. Get access to practice psychometric tests, case studies and mock interviews across all industry programmes.

SEO Mentoring

Selected candidates will have one-to-one access to an experienced professional mentor from the SEO network. This is your chance to find out first-hand knowledge about your industry of interest through a structured mentoring programme. Available across all industry programmes, at various stages of the recruitment process.

SEO Fast Track

If you decide a particular firm or industry is for you, SEO can help you get fast tracked to interview (in many cases this means you don’t have to make a direct application to the firm!) You will be among the very first candidates SEO’s partner firms interview for 2016/17 opportunities, giving you a massive head start in securing your dream internship or job!

How to Apply

The opportunity is open to students who will be embarking on their first or penultimate year of study in Autumn 2016, who meet the general eligibility criteria. Graduates, final year students and those seeking a career change can also apply for the Corporate Law programme. 

The deadline for applying for the Summer Launch Pad is midnight on Friday 22 July 2016 and the process is quick and easy. All places will be allocated on a rolling basis so apply early to avoid disappointment!
