Access to Employment brings together disabled students and graduates from LSE and Imperial with diversity recruiters from a range of industries.

Access to Employment is our annual event which brings together disabled students and graduates from LSE and Imperial with graduate and diversity recruiters from a range of industries. This year it will be hosted by Bloomberg.

What Will The Event Cover?

The day includes information sessions covering a range of topics including:

  • Disclosure
  • Access to Work and Reasonable adjustments
  • Non industry focused interview practice with Graduate recruiters
  • Q&A panel
  • Networking and group work with diversity recruiters from a range of organisations

Please note the interview sessions are not for recruitment purposes but to give students practice and feedback to raise confidence in an interview setting and as such will not include and industry specific questions.

Any reasonable adjustments for the day will be discussed with successful candidates before the event and will be fully implemented on the day.
