CDT Neurotechnology participates in the first Imperial College Cross-CDT Dragon's Den competition
The first cross-CDT Dragon's Den kicked off on Tuesday 24th Jan with teams from Neurotechnology, Maths of Planet Earth, High Performance Embedded and Distributed Systems and Sustainable Civil Engineering participating.
The Dragon's Den provides a great opportuntiy for CDT students to work together to devleop an idea and showcase its commercial potential to a VIP panel of guests. Teams are in with a chance to win £5K to develop their idea further.
Seven teams of students (including 5 CDT Neurotechnology members) presented their initial novel ideas at the first workshop yesterday.
Participants will attend monthly workshops and have one-to-one business coaching sessions along the way, business coach Sabrina Kiefer. Finalists will be selected to present their final pitches to the team of Dragons in July with the chance of winning the £5K prize.
Best of luck to our CDT Neurotech students!
