On the weekend of Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 January, the Reynolds building will be subject to statutory electrical testing.
These tests are necessary to obtain electrical certification and compliance in terms of fire risk assessment.
The computers in Charing Cross Campus Library will be unplugged from 20.30 on Friday 27 January.
The Library will open as usual at 10.00 on Saturday 28 January. However, there might still be testing taking place in the morning. While this is happening there will be no computers available and nothing will be allowed to be plugged in. There may also intermittently only be emergency lighting. The Library is the first room to be tested in the building so we anticipate that the disruption will not continue for too long.
The PC cluster will be closed from 16.00 on Friday 27 January and will not open until midmorning on Monday 30 January.
