The Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) is a psychological instrument that looks at your preferred way of doing things, including gathering information, making decisions and how you communicate with others. The MBTI® tool can help you develop better self-awareness, and it is used widely and effectively in personal and career development, developing managers and teams, good communication and helps resolve conflict.
The test may help you towards your decision on your future career path or it may help you if you want to change direction.
