Final year PE-CDT student Alex Giovannitti presented his reserach at the EMRS conference in Strasbourg in May 2017.  Alex is supervised by Prof Iain McCulloch (Chemistry Department and KAUST) and Prof George Malliaras.

 

Alex's Prize

I attended the European Material Research Society meeting 2017 in Strasbourg. The main research fields of the conference were energy, biomaterials, semiconductors, nanomaterials and functional materials.

In my talk, I presented the development of novel n-type polymers for organic electrochemical transistors in the bioelectronics symposium where I won the graduate student award for the best presented paper.
