From Monday 2 October, Silwood Park Campus Library will remain open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Following feedback from students, and in order to provide a more comprehensive service, Silwood Park Campus Library is following Central Library by offering a 24 hour service.

The library maintains its core staffed hours of 10.00 to 17.00 Monday to Friday, during which time users can get experienced help and support on anything they need related to the library. The new, extended opening hours mean that users can access and borrow from the specialised collection covering ecology, evolution, biodiversity, conservation, plant and animal biology and entomology at any time of the day and night, including over the weekend, greatly extending the accessibility of this library.

Not just limited to Silwood Park students and staff, this library is open to everyone across College, and anyone wishing to access this library outside of the normal staffed hours can do so by swiping their College card on the door.
