Imperial College launches new multi-faculty centre to address the challenges of drug discovery
The Centre for Drug Discovery Science (CDDS) is launched as one of Imperial’s multi-faculty centres and networks. These centres are set up in order to bring together a wide range of scientists to tackle big societal issues.
The CDDS aims to address challenges in drug discovery by nucleating critical mass within the College spanning multiple areas of science and technology, to seed, support and nurture pipelines of basic and translational drug discovery research. The Directors of the CDDS are Ed Tate, Matt Fuchter and Iain McNeish.
