Elizabeth Hauke talks to D/srupt magazine about how Global Challenges courses connect students with real-world issues to make lasting impact.
Imperial Enterprise Lab this week launched its new annual magazine for student innovators and entrepreneurs, D/srupt. Featured in this first edition is Dr Elizabeth Hauke, Global Challenges Field Leader for Imperial Horizons, and lead lecturer for seven of the field's modules.
Discussing the range of Global Challenges courses, Elizabeth explains what makes the Horizons courses so different. The article shines a light on the real-world impact and skills development possibilities for Global Challenges students, as well as on the innovative teaching methods of Elizabeth and her colleagues.
