Congratulations Henry!
First year ICB PhD student Henry Benns was awarded a prize for his poster at ABPP 2019: Target discovery and visualization using chemical probes. The conference was held from 27-29th March in Leuven, Belgium and was attended by several PhD students and postdocs from the group.
Henry presented his work revealing new drug targets in Toxpoplasma gondii using global cysteine reactivity profiling via chemical proteomics. This research is co-supervised by Ed and Dr Matt Child in the Department of Life Sciences.
