The Hamlyn Centre | TERRINet
The Hamlyn Centre joined the European Robotics Research Infrastructures Network (TERRINet) since December 2017 and recently updated its profile.
In the beginning of this month, we updated our Hamlyn robotics facility details on TERRINet. The facility at the Hamlyn Centre for Robotics Surgery consists of state-of-the-art robotic platforms and manufacturing/characterisation devices for the development and construction of the next generation of robotic devices.
The available platforms are as follows:
- Da Vinci Research Kit (DVRK)
- RAVEN II Surgical Robot
- Motion capture and virtual reality platform
- Operation room environment for medical robot prototype
- Micro-Robot Fabrication and Characterisation
- KUKA iiwa7 r800/iiwa14 r820 Platform
- Robotic Fast Prototyping Platform
The European Robotics Research Infrastructures Network (TERRINet) project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 730994.
