Kensington Aldridge Academy visit MSRH

by Edward Bartlett

Sixth form students from Kensington Aldridge Academy visited the Molecular Sciences Research Hub as part of ongoing outreach work within the group.

Cyrille Koundé  (3rd year PhD in the Tate group)  visited the Kensington Aldridge Academy in November 2019 to promote sciences at university where he gave a short presentation on his PhD research.

The students were then invited to the Molecular Sciences Research Hub and were given guided tours by Cyrille and Dr Ravi Singh (Tate group lab manager). Cyrille showed the students the biological facilities within the building, and Ravi toured the chemistry laboratories. Ravi then concluded the afternoon with a brief talk on career options that can be taken after completion of a Chemistry degree.
