Solidatus and DoC announce two new undergraduate prizes
Solidatus have partnered with Imperial’s Department of Computing to create two new undergraduate prizes.
Solidatus, the metadata management specialists will be awarding £1000 to a second-year student who has demonstrated exceptional software engineering talent and a further £1000 to a fourth-year student for a remarkable individual project for the next five years.
Solidatus is an award-winning data lineage solutions company, co-founded by DoC alumnus Philip Miller (MEng Computing with Artificial Intelligence 2000). The company was developed to help organisations understand how data flows through their systems by providing the most intuitive, flexible, data lineage discovery and visualisation solution.
Solidatus recently today announced it has raised £14m ($19.2m+) in Series A funding. Last year was the company’s most successful year, with the company doubling in size and quadruple its revenue whilst maintaining profitability.
