Apply for a grant to deliver outreach to celebrate International Day of Women and Girls in Science.
To encourage women and girls into Science and Engineering, the Department of Earth Science and Engineering (ESE) at Imperial is offering funding for ESE students and postdocs to deliver an activity to a school.
The International Day of Women and Girls in Science aims for full and equal access and participation for women and girls in science, and takes place on 11 February 2022.
To support this aim, ESE has grants available for students and post docs in our department to deliver an activity to a school.
The sessions will be to encourage women and girls into Science and Engineering.
Do you have an idea for an outreach activity? Do you know a school that would love a session about your research? Are you passionate about promoting Women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths)?

Timeline: To apply for a grant, please fill in the online form and submit by 12pm Friday 14 March 2022. Successful applications are expected to be notified within a month of the closing date.
Eligibility: Undergraduate and postgraduate students and postdocs in the Department of Earth Science and Engineering, of any gender, are eligible to apply.
