For Women and Girls in Science Day 2022 we asked our researchers what advice they'd give their younger selves or women early in their STEM careers.
Since 2015 the United Nations has marked 11 February as the International Day of Women and Girls in Science.
This year FoNS shared reflections from some of the brilliant women across the Faculty of Natural Sciences - about their work and experiences, and the advice they'd give their younger selves.
