ICB CDT DEN 2022
The ICB CDT held the launch of the 2022 CDT Den - the ICB’s own version of the Dragons’ Den competition - at Scale Space on 22nd November 2022.
The ICB CDT's flagship competition will run from November 2022 until April 2023. Students taking part in this competition have the chance to win seed-funding of £10,000 (or a £4,000 second prize) to kick start their business idea, and to pitch their idea investors!
In previous years this competition has spun-out ICB CDT led companies such as FA Bio and FreshCheck.
Students were lucky enough to hear from ICB CDT Alumnus Dr Alex Bond, CEO of FreshCheck, who gave insider tips on taking part in the Den and what it means to be an entrepreneur, and from course facilitator Adam Davies, Sloan Fellow (Strategy & Leadership) from the London Business School and lead advisor and board member of four business ventures.
