Welcome to the spring term! We hope you have had a relaxing and enjoyable break. The Careers Service continues to operate an on campus and online service, ready to help you to kick-start your 2023 career planning with our calendar of Careers events and employer presentations.
Need help with your career planning?
Throughout the spring term we are offering our usual one to one appointments every weekday. During these appointments we can review your CV or cover letter, support you with finding an internship or graduate job or help you figure out a career plan, even if you have no ideas! Appointments are currently run via Microsoft Teams and can be booked in advance from 07.00 the day before via JobsLive.
The Careers Service website also includes detailed information on planning your career plus advice on all aspects of the application and interview process. Don't forget that you can also prepare for video interviews with Shortlist.Me.
What's on in the Spring term
Our regular series of seminars and workshops also continues covering all aspects of the application process including interviews, assessment centres, internships, and more! Make sure you check out JobsLive for the full events calendar and book onto the ones that are of interest.
Additionally, we will be hosting a series of Careers Fairs during the spring term. This fair provides you with the opportunity to find out about a range of employers looking to recruit Imperial students within the data industry. This will be an excellent opportunity to network with employers and start planning for future applications and interviews.
Also, the Spring Careers Fair will take place on Thursday 16 February 2023, 17.00 - 19.30 in the Queen's Tower Rooms, South Kensington campus.
