Make the most of the Careers Service over the break

Alongside revision and eating copious amounts of chocolate, the Easter vacation is also a perfect opportunity to think about what you’d like to do in the future. Do you have a burning question about your career path? Know what you’d like to do but unsure how to get there? Or maybe you just have absolutely no idea! No matter the stage you’re at in your career journey, we’ve got you covered.

Please be aware that until the summer term starts on Monday 28 April, the Careers Service will be operating at vacation hours. This means we will be online only on Mondays and Fridays and available online and on campus Tuesdays through Thursdays.

We will also be observing Imperial’s Easter closure days from Thursday 17 – Tuesday 21 March.

The Easter break will also impact the release of our newsletter. It will be sent on Thursday 27 March, Thursday 10 April and Thursday 24 April, at which point the newsletter will resume its weekly publication.

Looking ahead to the summer term

Be sure to save the dates for our two events happening this June!

The PhD Careers Fair is taking place on Tuesday 10 June and the Summer Recruitment Careers Fair on Thursday 12 June. Both events will run from 17.00 – 19.30 in the Queen’s Tower Rooms.

There is no need to book in advance to attend.

We know that for many of you, this period will be the final push before the start of the exam season. Hang in there! And don’t forget that we’re here to support you with any career-related matters.

Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions. We can be reached at careers@imperial.ac.uk or on (+44) 020 7594 8024.
