What to do if you get a DBMS error

Very occasionally, you may get a DBMS error reported when you load a page after editing it. You can clear this error message by clearing the cache and reloading the page.

To clear the cache for a page

Go to the page in question, and login if not already.

Click on Edit, then go to Page Properties/Access top left.

In the Cache Invalidation section at the foot of this page, you will see a link to Clear Cache. Click this link, then click OK to exit the properties. Click the Refresh button to reload the page.
